Efficient house sale process, excellent service
Wolferstans were introduced to ourselves by Auction House, the agents for our sale. We were assured they had a wealth of experience and knowledge of the processes involved and this proved to be the case. From initial contact to the completion of the sale the help, advice and assistance we received was excellent. Our main points of contact were Jack Watersfield (Solicitor) and Jayda Brailey (Paralegal). Whenever we had a question or needed to contact them they responded promptly and professionally, whether this was by phone or e mail. Jack provided us with excellent advice and spent considerable time discussing our matter personally on the phone, especially in relation to the property details form (TA6), which was extensive. Jayda was also a great help throughout. Both were pleasant, professional and seemed genuinely interested in helping us through everything. The Wolferstans App allowed us to complete the forms at home and was really easy to use. The process for signing / witnessing the transfer forms did seem overly complicated and didn't seem to work as well as Wolferstans own App. However Jayda was available to help us navigate the process and everything was achieved. Whilst initially a little apprehensive in using a firm so far away and doing everything remotely any concerns quickly disappeared once things were under way. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience at what could have been a stressful time. The whole process turned out to be virtually stress free due to the service we received from everyone at Wolferstans, especially Jack and Jayda. Thank you.
