Solicitor did not reply for 3 months

When I raised an issue of concern with the solicitor, she showed no empathy in her response. This broke my trust in her representing my company. The case was taken over by her senior colleague. When I instructed him to complete in the purchase of a property, he asked me to call him the next day to chat through the instruction. When I telephoned, as requested, he did not answer my call. When I chased him with emails, he did not reply. He did not contact me for three months. When I raised a complaint with the firm, they admitted “I can see that [he] does not respond to the communications from yourself. I apologise for this aspect of the matter, and I cannot excuse the fact the [he] did not follow up on aspects.”
