Eve Patterson and Melissa McNamara were brilliant from the beginning. Their responses were quick, informed, and respectful. I can’t quite put into words the support they gave me, but I will still try. They listened genuinely, reaffirmed my trust in the law, were respectful, and guided me to not just learn from the situation but grow as an individual. Louise and Rheanna were absolutely excellent and helped me through the most difficult period of my life, and ultimately we were able to get the right outcome. I really feel that their work made an enormous difference to my case and were able to put it more clearly and succinctly than I could ever have any hope of doing, and I am impressed at the speed at which they were able to work given that I engaged their services quite late and the complexity of my case.
They made the whole process as easy as possible, this wasn't a straighfoward divorce but nothing was too much trouble and I had confidence in them being able to achieve our goals.

My experience of Richard Nelson LLP, and specifically Maria, was exceptional. Malcolm has supported throughout my spouses journey to being settled in the UK. The response from the Home Office is always prompt and efficient. This final time it took longer then usual but still well before the Home Office timeframe. Malcolm provided reassurance throughout the time and was prompt in responding to any questions we had. I am so pleased and extremely thankful that we made contact with Richard Nelson Solicitors and our personal solicitor Megan Delaney. Megan is very understanding, an extremely good listener and genuinely compassionate, which is exactly what you need when you are going through what can only be described at traumatic circumstances. We cannot recommend Samantha and Trudi highly enough. Our daughter had an EHCP that simply was not fit for purpose, and Samantha represented us throughout the appeal process and helped us secure the funding she needed from the Local Authority. Samantha was hugely knowledgeable, professional and approachable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, guided us through what can be an incredibly difficult and stressful process, and gave us confidence that our daughter’s needs were being properly understood and represented. Most importantly, the outcome was successful and has made a real difference for our daughter. I cannot recommend Marjorie Creek and Richard Nelson LLP highly enough. As a lawyer myself it was interesting for me to see things from the other side. I did not expect to be in a position to need the advice I required but was so relieved to find Steve Roberts - an extremely competent, calm and personable solicitor who put me at my ease within minutes of speaking to him.
