    After using Jordans a couple of years ago. I found them very slow but on reading new reviews I thought I'd give try again. I was glad I did so mainly because there is local office Kiveton you can drop paperwork off which speeded things up, very helpful young lady in there, and they would be collected to go to the Doncaster main office later that day. Charis was always very cheerful when I called with a problem with my buyer and pushed until it was on track. She was very professional.

      Generally good all round

      Generally good all round apart from some clarity on some things. Our process was 8 months but I wasn't in a rush and I thought more urgent cases needed their time more!

      Jordans were very professional in their services and their response. When telephoning Jordans or when calling into their offices for advice, they would always find time to assist. If an answer was not readily available someone always phoned us back and sorted any queries. I would definitely use Jordans again.
