Emma Leighton-Carey did a fantastic job as our conveyancer on our simultaneous sale and purchase. This is the second time we've used Emma for our conveyancing and we could not recommend her more. Her client service is outstanding and she made what was a stressful time feel significantly smoother. We felt very reassured knowing we were in excellent hands. Amber Simpson also did a fantastic job covering whilst Emma was on leave pushing forward our transaction to exchange - it was great to have a seamless transition. We wouldn't hesitate to approach both Emma and Amber again.

We were helped along the process, step by step, which was important to us. Many thanks.

I found this company exceptionally professional fast and efficient and the staff that I dealt with were all extremely pleasant and good at what they do can highly recommend using them.

Excellent Service – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently purchased our first home and had a wonderful experience with Taylor Rose. A special thank you to Ghania Sindhu and Jan Taze for their professionalism, patience, and support throughout the entire process. Buying our first property was a very important milestone for us, and they helped make the experience much smoother and less stressful. They were helpful, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions and guide us through each stage of the purchase. We truly appreciate their hard work, dedication, and assistance in helping us successfully complete our purchase. We are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Taylor Rose, especially Ghania and Jan, to anyone buying a property. Thank you both once again for everything!

Really happy with the service throughout our property purchase. Bradley and Mithila were responsive, replied promptly, and kept us updated with regular follow-ups.

We used Taylor Rose and had a great experience overall. We originally went through Simply Conveyancing, who provided us with a quote before transferring us over to Taylor Rose. Looking back, I think that was the best move, as we had some issues with how the service was initially sold to us by Simply Conveyancing, which left a bad taste in our mouths. The cost was communicated to us as an all-inclusive price, but this turned out not to be the case, which was disappointing. That said, I accept some responsibility, as I could have done more due diligence and asked further questions upfront. However, the Taylor Rose team were very professional and made the whole process feel seamless. Perla and Elda managed our purchase really well and kept things moving smoothly. At times AML checks felt a little excessive, but I understand why they were necessary. Overall, a really positive experience, and I would highly recommend Taylor Rose. Thanks, Perla and Elda!
