An incredible firm, I cannot recommend Duncan Lewis enough, in particular my solicitor Oluwatobi Akinwande went above and beyond for me, from the beginning she supported me through an incredibly difficult and also emotional time and had the patience to listen to me and my feelings, guiding me through everything and advising me on any problem we faced. Extremely poor service. Had an initial call with a solicitor (Alex/Ian) who was very positive about my case and asked me to get in touch when I wanted to proceed. I then emailed, as requested, 3-4 times in the space of 10 days and received no response. Upon calling the office today, I am told the solicitor I spoke to cannot take on my case as too busy, and they knew this a week ago but didn’t bother to let me know. Extremely poor service and communication, and I am now scrabbling around last minute to find an alternative solicitor. Would not recommend
