Bhupinder at the four oaks branch assisted me with a personal injury claim. He talked me through the process and I never had to chase for updates. I found him proactive and he achieved a positive resolution for me in a short time frame. Highly recommend

I and my wife purchased a home in order to vacate property we rented. Moving home is always a sause of stress and strain, even more when both parties involved in the move are in their eighties, modern ideas not to easy to cope with. We found Davidson Solisitors were very helpful in handling this, when the solicitor acting for us was not available or busy she had a more than able assistant who was well informed on our case and very understanding with my lm patients. Overall a first class service. Barry Newton

We started the process mid July and did not get the house until end of September. We had to hastle them via email and phone just to get an update and they were clearly only progressing with the work after we chased. Either side had any chain so there was nothing slowing down the exchange bar the solicitors poor organisation. I would recommend paying more for a more effective solicitor rather than going cheapish with these guys and dragging out the process. We also got charged extra for their 'tracker' system which they clearly didn't keep up to date anyway and never asked if we wanted it in the first place. Pay more for a better service if you don't want to spent half your life chasing.

From the beginning of my engagement with Davisons Law, the service provided has suffered from poor communication, unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and severe administrative delays. What should have been a standard 12-to-16-week leasehold transaction has extended past a year. During this time, I have dealt with constant disruptions and an unacceptable standard of client care. 1. Excessive Staff Turnover and Unexplained Case Transfers. 2. Lack of Communication and Unfulfilled Promises. 3. Repeated and Overzealous AML Checks. 5 separate sets for one application. 4. Incorrect Charges and Unprofessional Conduct. 5. Lack of Transparency and Misconduct. A formal complaint has been lodged.
My parents left a will for property to be sold.i instructed Saajan Rattu to do probate which took over a year..then we had to go to court against my sister who was refusing to leave he had me pay £1600 to a barrister who new nothing about my case he was reading about it on the train on way to court laughable really. Just throwing my money away.then it was mediation throwing money away again. now two years later i was the one who one the case and stll property not sold.he also tells the my sister solicitor things i would say to him in private and didn't want them to know. Awful. Paid not far of £10.000..also never answered emails or phone calls..really AVOID..you lose a lot of money with no gain whatsoever
We have just sold a property , using Davisons solicitors and have been very pleased with the experience. Sufyaan and Emily were extremely helpful and very prompt in replying to queries. The office was also great in dealing with my mother who needed help with paper copies of contacts etc

Hi Jill Thank you for taking the time to rate our service. It’s brilliant to hear your positive experience with Davisons Law Streatham. We look forward to working with you again in the future! Kind Regards, Davisons Law
Purchased 2 flats in January 2023 and was forced to hire the "seller's" solicitor. I questioned whether if this raised any conflict of interest, I was told no. Years later, I have found that the construction had no funding, company was in debt and was involved in fraudulent activities. All marketing materials were false. When I asked Davisons to represent me and help me out of this scam, they said there is a conflict of interest because they represent the sellers in the first place. Moreover, I requested my full file of correspondence from them, they only sent the documents partially because I worry they are hiding something.
