Gabrielle Artess was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a solicitor for my first property purchase. I would now recommend Gabrielle to everyone as well. She worked quickly and meticulously and I appreciated having her in my corner when the estate agent was being pushy and adding to my stress levels. She was really good at explaining what was happening and why at every stage and I genuinely felt like she had my best interests at heart. Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!
