Ella (Associate) provided exceptional legal advice throughout; her professionalism and responsiveness were world-class. I was also incredibly well-supported by Rhianna, Kayleigh, and Adrienne, who ensured that the coordination, payments, and property details were handled seamlessly. When it came to the property transfer itself, Kate (Senior Associate) ensured everything was completed with precision. Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!

We have very recently completed the sale of our late mother’s bungalow via CJ Hole - Kingswood Branch, Barcan+Kirby were amongst a list of recommended Solicitors to consider using received from CJ Hole. The whole process from our first meeting with representatives from both the Kingswood and Bedminster branch right through to final completion, we found the process to be completely stress free. We are very happy with the service Barcan and Kirby provided. We were selling a flat that we have owned for a number of years and knew it would take some time due to having to navigate the changes in ground rent. As part of the sale we needed negotiate a deed of variation with the land lord. Sally expertise and guidance in the area were critical in getting us to the finish line. I can not speak highly enough of the service she provided to us and the effort in navigating some challenging stakeholders. Including the buyers solicitor who had to practically be coached through the entire process. A massive thank you from Gemma and I for helping us get our flat sold.
