I would highly recommend Steph Marsh and Ivelina White, who supported me throughout my redundancy settlement with my previous employer. From the very beginning, Steph was professional, knowledgeable and approachable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and provided honest and practical advice throughout the process. Having to deal with a redundancy settlement can be a stressful and uncertain experience, but Steph gave me confidence that my interests were being properly represented. Ivelina was also extremely helpful and efficient throughout. She was always responsive, kept me updated and helped make sure the process moved forward smoothly. The communication from both Steph and Ivelina was excellent, and I always felt that my questions were taken seriously and dealt with promptly. I have to say that everyone we dealt with at Coodes was fantastic. We dealt mainly with Kerry who was always on hand to answer any questions but also just to confirm that we had actually understood things correctly but also with Deborah and Lottie who were equally helpful. For a process that is highly stressful they made it as easy as it could be from the moment of engagement through to the completion.

We came to Coodes by chance. Lisa and her assistant Sarah have been excellent, taking us as new clients, dealing with our immediate need (property disposal) and responding seamlessly to an expansion of scope and two uncommunicative third parties who had to be proactively pursued to achieve deadlines. Our previous lawyers had retired, and a new option proved less than easy to work with. Coodes with Lisa Robinson and Sarah Highland have proven themselves highly professional, easy to work with, responsive. We plan to stay with them as long as they will have us! Many thanks indeed.
