My experience has been on the receiving end of high level of efficiency, transparency, communication, attention to detail and feeling safe and secure in their hands. Their charges have not been excessive and they have actually endeavoured to keep costs down where possible with compromising the quality of the standard of work. I have used Frettens before to handle Probate and a house sale / purchase. I have always found them good. This time I decided to use them to buy a Freehold on a London based property while I was living abroad. Niki Adkins and her team were 1st rate with clear advice, guidance and fair transparent pricing.
