Michael was my solicitor for a will contesting case. From the moment I had my initial call with Michael, I knew that I was in safe hands. Michael explained all the possible outcomes of my case allowing me to understand each step of the way, why things were happening etc. Michael didn't contact me for any old thing and I was grateful for that. If there were times I hadn't heard form him, I knew it was because things were happening behind the scenes and was confident and accurate in my assumptions. You could always get hold of him (if he was busy, he'd always call you back) and is very professional, but friendly. The money they charge per hour is very competitive and I would highly recommend Churchers and Michael. A big thanks to Sally, Michael's secretary, for always being thorough, polite, and responsive.

I contacted Churchers Solicitors in Cowes to complete & submit LPA’s for our elderly mother. Margaret Beacham did this for us during two home visits, which was essential due to limited mobility issues, which would have made travelling to the office very difficult. The whole process was completed soon after the home visits, & we were very pleased with the work that Margaret did for us. Therefore, we would highly recommend Churchers Solicitors.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Tom and the entire team. I instructed Tom at the very beginning of what became an incredibly difficult and overwhelming year, and he remained there for me from my arrest right through to the conclusion of my trial. From the outset, he provided clear advice, reassurance and guidance when everything around me felt uncertain. I always felt that he understood both the seriousness of the case and what I was going through personally. Tom’s advocacy at trial was exceptional. He was calm, composed, precise and extremely well prepared. He understood the evidence in considerable depth and his handling of the prosecution witnesses, particularly the way he identified and explored inconsistencies and weaknesses in the evidence, was outstanding. He presented my account clearly and with conviction and gave me a real sense of confidence at a time when that was very difficult to find. I will always be grateful for the way he represented me. Ruth was equally important in preparing me for trial. She took the time to go through the events and evidence with me in considerable detail. Her calm and thoughtful approach helped me organise my thoughts, understand the process and feel properly prepared. She gave me reassurance without ever giving me false confidence, and her support made a genuine difference. I also want to give particular recognition to Millie for the enormous amount of work she carried out behind the scenes. She worked through a huge amount of evidence with incredible patience and attention to detail, producing clear and structured notes that were invaluable to the preparation of my case. I had complete confidence that the evidence was being properly examined and that nothing important was being overlooked. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another case. The professionalism, communication, attention to detail and genuine care shown by all three of them were exceptional throughout. After an extremely difficult year, the outcome was a not-guilty verdict. I know that the result is ultimately for the court to determine, but I have no doubt that I was exceptionally well represented and thoroughly prepared to put my case forward. Tom, Ruth and Millie have helped me through one of the most difficult periods of my life and helped me begin to reclaim my life again. I will always be genuinely grateful to them. Outstanding legal representation, outstanding preparation and outstanding support from start to finish. I would recommend Tom and the team without hesitation.
