The thought of dealing with solicitors can be daunting, especially if you are advancing in years, but this was absolutely not the case with HC. When we arrived at their offices, we were pleasantly greeted by the reception team and were shown into a welcoming waiting area with coffee, tea and biscuits available. After a very short wait, we were warmly greeted by our legal team who immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. Their relaxed and friendly approach was matched by their professionalism and knowledge of our requirements and we really appreciated that they were able to talk to us “in layman’s terms” which made everything easy to understand.
