JESSICA THEARA has been mostly uncontactable, slow to communicate, and when updates do arrive, they lack detail and urgency. Sale was agreed on 30th July 2025 to a cash buyer with no chain, yet over 16 weeks later (26th November) enquiries are still being raised. Completely unacceptable level of service. EDIT (01.12.25 following response from owner): While you state that you protect your clients’ interests, taking over 16 weeks to complete a straightforward cash, no-chain purchase feels excessive. For comparison, we successfully completed two property transactions in November, both involving mortgages and chains, within less than 10 working days. That, in our view, represents a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your concerns and would like to clarify that we are acting for the buyer in this transaction, and our duty is to protect their best interests. Our client has been happy with the transaction so far. The matter is close to what we hope will be a satisfactory conclusion for all parties.
