Professional and courteous. The process was completed successfully, although it took longer than I’d anticipated. I appreciate that some delays may have been outside the firm’s control. That said, I would have appreciated more regular updates on the status and likely timelines to help with planning, as I often felt I had to chase for progress. With that in mind, the service was professional and knowledgeable overall, and I would still recommend them.

. Cut off on first call and then phone left ringing. Requested someone call me about the will and POA service. Was told a call would be returned within 2 days. No return call after 5 days.

When our mother died they were helpful in supplying her will, so we went back to them when selling her house. We were not disappointed, as they were very efficient, keeping us informed at each step and working quickly with the sale.
