Michael was my solicitor for a will contesting case. From the moment I had my initial call with Michael, I knew that I was in safe hands. Michael explained all the possible outcomes of my case allowing me to understand each step of the way, why things were happening etc. Michael didn't contact me for any old thing and I was grateful for that. If there were times I hadn't heard form him, I knew it was because things were happening behind the scenes and was confident and accurate in my assumptions. You could always get hold of him (if he was busy, he'd always call you back) and is very professional, but friendly. The money they charge per hour is very competitive and I would highly recommend Churchers and Michael. A big thanks to Sally, Michael's secretary, for always being thorough, polite, and responsive.

I wanted to create a Will even at the age of 31 so that I had my wishes legally immortalised in the case of an emergency, and we knew Churchers as a well-recognised solicitor. I was helped in this matter by Sophie Woodman, who was very helpful and friendly in arranging the details, up-front about what the procedure would involve, and honestly just a delight to work with. I am very happy with how the meetings were arranged and what was discussed, and everything was handled with good efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. I am confident that if or when any changes to the Will are required that I will have little issue contacting the firm and arranging them appropriately.

I contacted Churchers Solicitors in Cowes to complete & submit LPA’s for our elderly mother. Margaret Beacham did this for us during two home visits, which was essential due to limited mobility issues, which would have made travelling to the office very difficult. The whole process was completed soon after the home visits, & we were very pleased with the work that Margaret did for us. Therefore, we would highly recommend Churchers Solicitors.
