While I consider myself reasonably intelligent single femaile in many areas of life, the language of property law rendered me spectacularly and rather humbly clueless. Fortunately, I had William. From the outset, William demonstrated an exceptional combination of professionalism, patience and genuine kindness. No question was ever treated as foolish, no matter how elementary it undoubtedly seemed, and he possessed the rare ability to translate impenetrable legal jargon into language that was both clear and reassuring. He never rushed me, never made me feel inadequate, and consistently went far beyond what I would have expected from a solicitor. There were moments during the purchase when the process felt so overwhelming that I genuinely considered walking away altogether. Had it not been for William's calm guidance, unwavering support and quiet confidence, I very much doubt I would have completed the purchase. We cannot recommend our solicitors highly enough. Joe and Jimmy were absolutely exceptional throughout both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. From start to finish, they were incredibly efficient, professional, proactive and always completely in control of the process. We received regular updates and were kept fully informed at every stage, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. They were friendly, approachable and so easy to deal with. Their proactive communication and attention to detail were outstanding, particularly in the lead-up to exchange and completion, on completion day itself, and even after completion. I have been very impressed by the very professional and timely conveyancing service for my deceased mother’s probate property sale. The whole process went very smoothly and in a timely & helpful fashion. It was pleasure working with the conveyancing solicitor, Nicola Curtis and her conveyancing assistant, Jasmine Dunn, during the whole process. They were relatively easy to contact, and returned my messages and emails promptly, compared to some solicitors I’ve used in the past.
