For Eviction Procedure

Our Solicitor Sophie Chilstone was excellent. Sophie sent reply quickly not only that if we don't response within 24 hours she asked someone in the office to ring us and contact us and confirm whether we received documents or not?

No one is above the law

I had a particularly difficult tenant who worked in the legal profession and refused to vacate the property and pay rent for over a year . Stephensons knew the process step by step and recovered my property, rent arrears /plus interest and a significant amount of costs against the tenant . They all went out of their way to ensure a win against a tenant that tried every legal angle . So a big thank you to Sophie Chilstone ,Andrew Whitehead from Stephenson’s and Gary Lewis the barrister they assigned to my case . I would highly recommend these people they seriously know what they are doing

First Class Service

We have recently used Stephensons Solicitors in the conveyance of buying a property and selling our property. From start to finish we have received excellent service and support from Kim, Jenny and Chantelle who have been extremely professional throughout. They have always been available to discuss all our queries, especially the difficult issues encountered with aspects in the buying of the property, of which was handled with a positive attitude to gain the best outcome for ourselves, the clients. The selling of our property was additionally handled thoroughly. We would also like to thank Michelle in the initial discussion of the terms and conditions of both the buying and selling conveyance. Overall, we feel that all members of the team involved, are an asset to Stephensons organization.

Highly recommended

I wanted to take a moment to review the services I recently received from Stephensons Solicitors. It was an employment issue that was resolved quickly and with extreme professionalism.
