I cannot recommend Lucie Anne Rhodes highly enough. She guided me through one of the most challenging periods of my life with unwavering professionalism, genuine empathy, and sharp legal acumen. My case involved a complex commercial lease dispute that had dragged on for over a year. I was paying rent on a property I couldn't use due to a prolonged electricity disconnection, facing an inflated massive dilapidations claim and dealing with uncooperative landlords and their solicitors. Very polite and helpful team providing us with Joint Property in Trust Wills. Len was very patient, working with us to protect our respective children's inheritance from a jointly owned property. I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. The attorney who was handling my case failed to complete my paperwork even after I had fully paid all the agreed fees. After we finalized everything from my side and I paid the full amount, my documents remained pending for an entire year. During that time, I repeatedly tried to contact her for updates, but she did not respond to my messages. This lack of communication and delay caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability, especially after fulfilling all my financial obligations. I hope the firm takes this matter seriously and improves its communication and commitment to clients.

There are often delays by HM Land Registry which are outside of our control, where they often take over a year before completing a registration. However, it sounds like there were potentially communication issue where we could have done better to manage your expectations and to communicate with you.
