What initially looked like a straightforward purchase became a battle with sellers solicitors and I am SO happy I had Gaia Dart representing me! She was communicative, responsive and by far the most professional person in our chain. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gaia, and Morr &Co to anyone. I am fairly sure that without her expertise (and persistence!) I would not now be in my house…

Gabrielle was excellent throughout the whole process. She was professional, responsive and incredibly helpful, particularly as our transaction involved a Help to Buy redemption alongside a remortgage, which added a few extra layers of complexity. She kept us informed throughout, explained everything clearly and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed an update. Everything was handled efficiently and I always felt confident that things were being properly looked after.
