    In the capacity of Executor, I was having to sell my brother's King's Lynn home following his passing. These circumstances are never the best and this was made more difficult as I live almost 300 miles away.     My experience was a bit fustrating and long winded due to my aunt leaving money to charities. not WGA fault, And registering a lasting power of attorney with the courts taking their time. I wish a special thanks to Diane Hewitt for her legal advice and help when my aunt first went into a home and we had to sell her bunglow. Approx. start date 6/05/2021 till 16/10/2023

    Recommend Jack Bristow and thank him for what he did for our family.

    Jack Bristow was really professional and gave my family and myself great help,support and advice in dealing with the Will of my late step father. Although the excutor of the will failed to comply with her duties and totally ignored any letters that were sent to her in the last 12 months, there was nothing really more Jack could do without taking her to court to have her removed as Excutor which would not be cost affective. As Jack did such a great job when he worked at Calthrops Solicitors in Spalding we only wanted Jack to carry on supporting us when he qualified as a Solicitor and moved to Ely to work for Ward Gethin Archer Solicitors. I therefore would recommend Jack Bristow to help any friends and family I have, in regards to any litigation matters. With Kind Regards David Ilett

      Recent house move for my mum

      Moving Mum from her home of nearly 50 years to a smaller property was scary and daunting for all of us - Mum, her husband, and us, her three children, but without a doubt Charlie has made this whole experience feel less daunting, we knew we were in safe hands right from the very start of our journey. She answered all our questions, always really quickly, and in a way that we could understand. Paperwork requirements were always clear, and underlying all of this, all the legal necessary side of things (which were absolutely faultless) was a warm friendliness, a caring approach, and for that we are so grateful. We cannot recommend highly enough, Charlie you were fantastic, and in a weird way we will miss your emails!!!!

      Debbie was utterly flawless in her professionalism, dealing with two challenging buyers in a less-than-straightforward house sale. Errors generated by estate agent, mortgage broker and buyer's solicitor were dealt with speedily and proficiently in a manner that was protective of her clients.       Having used Claire Clark at WGA for an company employee settlement agreement I found her very easy to deal with. She was quick in giving responses and most helpful in giving guidance and follow-ups after the agreement was signed off. So much so that I then used her for my personal settlement agreement. Again this was dealt with efficiently and speedily. Costs were agreed at the outset and were very reasonable.
