    Charlie Bowden best solicitor ever!

    Well where do I start and what can I say! Apart from thank you so much you’re the best! Charlie originally helped us last year when my son bought his first flat and it was totally seamless, it was just a case of we sat there, with out feet up and let her do the legal bits and bobs (probably more than we realise), totally painless and no issues at all! Based on this we used her again this year when we sold a bungalow and yet again, just left her to it! with no problems whatsoever! so professional but down to earth, someone who you know you can instantly put your trust in and relate to, made both the buying and selling really uncompleted! In the future I would not hesitate to use the lovely Charlie again and all I can finish with is, thank you so much poppet!

    Charlie recently handled the conveyancing for my house move and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service.     Our house sale was painful, not due to delays on our part or on Anna's part, but due to complications we were not aware of when we accepted our buyers offer. I got very stressed and upset at times but Anna always took my calls and replied to my many emails. She was always calm, kind and professional and was the only person who took the time to explain what was causing the delays. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I also appreciated the fact that whenever I rang the office a human being answered the phone, not an answer machine. Buying a selling a house is stressful enough without having to navigate an answering machine.
