Timely service from Chris Thomas
I received a timely service from Chris Thomas in seeking a resolution to an employment matter that was last minute over the festive period. Chris (and his team) were able to provide relevant services at short notice and went over and above assisting to complete the specific employment process, with professionalism and integrity, despite the other party placing unreasonable demands to close the matter to suit themselves. I very much appreciated Chris' advice and patience as I had my own queries and had felt as I was being pushed into a corner to close the matter to suit the other side and not to address my concerns. On Christmas Eve, Chris, Karen and his trainee (Bridget Moyle) sought to help me finalise paperwork though Chris had technically finished half day but went the extra mile with his team to close the matter. This was despite the other side having had the previous day to review the tasks and get back to myself and Chris to finalise agreements.
