I had been involved in a lengthy family court matter ,that started in 2021 and ended 2026 . Duncan lewis have represented me from the start in this time i have been represented by 3 solictors and one i believe case worker who was very difficult and showed little interest in helping. The three solictors were absolutely amazing ending with safia khan who was understanding and patient. I am today in care of my daughter after a long 6 years and honestly i couldn’t of done it without the solictors at Duncan lewis If there is any dads out there struggling like i was then Duncan are a very good bet .

I cannot thank Lillie Stubbs enough for everything she did for me and my children during one of the most difficult periods of my life. My children had been placed in foster care after I experienced a serious mental health crisis. I was going through an extremely difficult time and felt completely overwhelmed, frightened and uncertain about what was going to happen to my family. From the beginning, Lillie treated me with compassion, patience and respect. She listened to me, took my concerns seriously and always made me feel that she genuinely cared about helping me and my children. She explained the legal process clearly and made sure I understood what was happening at every stage. Her communication was excellent. She kept me updated, responded to my questions and was there when I needed reassurance or clarification. I never felt like I was just another case number. Lillie was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and determined. She fought for my children and made sure my voice as their mother was heard. Her support and legal representation made such a huge difference during a time when I felt completely lost. Most importantly, Lillie is the reason I was able to get my children back. I will always be grateful to her for helping reunite me with my children and giving our family the opportunity to move forward together. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lillie to anyone going through difficult family proceedings. She is compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the families she represents. An incredible firm, I cannot recommend Duncan Lewis enough, in particular my solicitor Oluwatobi Akinwande went above and beyond for me, from the beginning she supported me through an incredibly difficult and also emotional time and had the patience to listen to me and my feelings, guiding me through everything and advising me on any problem we faced. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a law firm, I've never known a Solicitors to be so unprofessional in their conduct, if you have an urgent case do not use these people, they have no urgency and have awful communication skills, very disappointing and actually shocking.
It was the best experience, and I thank him for the success of my case. His professionalism was excellent, his approach and creativity were exceptional, and his dedication to my case, his handling of it, and the numerous interviews ensured its success. This is the word company to deal with where ; Tom does not know what Harry is doing . They claimed to be one of the best ! I cannot even give them one star rating ! It took more than 2/3 months for them to acknowledge my request and whenever I have phoned them they told me within 48 hours they will contact me ! After 2/3 months I got a response to say they don't have capacity to deal with my request! 2/3 months is just wasted !
