I cannot thank Lillie Stubbs enough for everything she did for me and my children during one of the most difficult periods of my life. I contacted before the summer holidays for the kids this year I saw they help with housing online so thought try and get some help I contacted the firm was told someone will contact me then after a week got contacted I told all my situation then was told they will try get legal aid for me then they contact after another week to tell me to give my bank statements I give then I got badly ghosted had no call back for 2 weeks I call again told the solicitor will call me and never did I contacted again few days later then they said she will call never did I emailed and called her no answer I given up now it is the worst experience I had I do not recommend this firm there customer service is not good also they talk very rudely like they even knew who I was before saying my name as I called so many times as the so called housing solicitor Madhuri argani never replied to my email’s or calls
