I have been during business with this excellent firm for over 10 years. It was the first time I was assigned to Adeeba who I engaged to take on breach of contract action. This action had a particular complication as it involved jurisdictional issues, but if didn't phase Adeeba as she was adept at every turn. Her advice was always sound on point and timely which eventually led to an excellent outcome for me. I recommend the Eaton Smith firm and if you are looking for one with excellent experience in litigation, then I would gladly recommend Adeeba Bashir, she is a great asset to her company and to the profession. Deborah and her team provided fantastic support on a company acquisition for me. Pulling together a multi-disciplinary team to advise and carry out the transaction effectively with just the right balance of hand-holding, legal advice, and commercial pragmatism. A few sensitive issues arose that were dealt with sympathetically whilst ensuring my risk was mitigated sufficiently. The transaction completed on the day I asked for so I couldn't be happier.
