I found Abeeba very professional and very helpful in achieving the successful out come of The Tenant giving notice instead of me having to take her to court and making the neighbour remove the fence that blocked the right of way. She also was successful in getting the E/H to close the case they opened about petty complaints that when diagnosed were not justified, as one item they were asking me to commit a criminal damage of the neighbours property.

12 Years ago Eaton Smith did the conveyancing on a property I bought. Turns out I don't own all the land (and house) I thought I did. Taken them weeks to come back to be and have to chase many times. Obviously they have denied its their fault and even had the cheek to tell me I have to pay to sort it out. Off to the solicitors ombudsman.

I have been during business with this excellent firm for over 10 years. It was the first time I was assigned to Adeeba who I engaged to take on breach of contract action. This action had a particular complication as it involved jurisdictional issues, but if didn't phase Adeeba as she was adept at every turn. Her advice was always sound on point and timely which eventually led to an excellent outcome for me. I recommend the Eaton Smith firm and if you are looking for one with excellent experience in litigation, then I would gladly recommend Adeeba Bashir, she is a great asset to her company and to the profession. I highly recommend Eaton Smith for family court matters. Throughout my case, the solicitors maintained regular contact with me and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. They clearly explained what would happen next, which helped ease a very stressful situation. Lindsay was especially supportive and professional throughout. Due to the domestic violence-related issues involved in my case, she would often contact me outside of normal office hours when necessary, which I truly appreciated. Lindsay listened attentively, gave honest and professional advice, and always made me feel valued and heard. Thanks to their support, I successfully obtained a Child Arrangements Order – Live With and a Prohibited Steps Order. James Johnston dealt with my personal injury claim.
