From the start, Vanessa stuck to her word and over delivered. This is the second time I have work with Vanessa & Taylor Rose and I cannot fault them. The hard work and honesty from the get go gave me full trust in them. Didn’t have to chase things up as I knew Vanessa was doing all she could for us. I had an excellent experience with Taylor Rose, and in particular with Jakub Szwarc and Ki Lee, throughout both my selling and buying process. Communication was always prompt, clear, and professional, and they were consistently responsible and thorough at every stage. What impressed me most was that even after the purchase was completed and payment had been made, they continued to provide the same high standard of service, proactively helping with follow-up matters. We used Taylor Rose for the purchase of our buy-to-let property through our limited company and were very happy with the service. Margaret Adebiyi and Elena were always professional, clear, and responsive. The whole process was explained step by step, including the mortgage and company-related aspects, and we always felt well informed and reassured. Emails were answered promptly, reports were very detailed but easy to follow, and key dates such as exchange and completion were handled smoothly and on time. Overall, an excellent conveyancing experience and we would be very happy to use Taylor Rose again and recommend them to others.

Both the sale of my flat and the purchase of my house were handled by Nadine Blacklock and Sam Kempster. I cannot recommend them enough — the best solicitors I've worked with.
