Throughout the whole process of selling my old property and purchasing my new property, the team providing an outstanding service. They regularly updated me of how things were progressing and kept on top of missing paperwork from third parties without any prompting. One particular thing I would like to mention that made all the difference, was when you had a query or something actioned urgently, it didn't matter who you contacted in the team, they always knew your particular details and could help resolved things quickly. They were a wonderful team, professional and very friendly. It made a stressful process feel much easier to live through. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to family and friends.

Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!

Hi Elaine, as discussed with Kim, all relevant documents outlining your ownership of the property have been shared with you. During your recent phone conversation with her, you confirmed you are uncertain about which of part the property is not owned. Unfortunately, this means there isn’t any further assistance we’re able to provide at this stage.

We are very happy with the service Barcan and Kirby provided. We were selling a flat that we have owned for a number of years and knew it would take some time due to having to navigate the changes in ground rent. As part of the sale we needed negotiate a deed of variation with the land lord. Sally expertise and guidance in the area were critical in getting us to the finish line. I can not speak highly enough of the service she provided to us and the effort in navigating some challenging stakeholders. Including the buyers solicitor who had to practically be coached through the entire process. A massive thank you from Gemma and I for helping us get our flat sold.
