Wendy Smith dealt with the purchase of our first home and provided a fantastic service. Wendy was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly and progressed everything very smoothly - taking extra time to help us through the process with no prior experience. The fees charged were completely transparent and exactly as initially quoted. Would certainly recommend.

We are very happy with the service Barcan and Kirby provided. We were selling a flat that we have owned for a number of years and knew it would take some time due to having to navigate the changes in ground rent. As part of the sale we needed negotiate a deed of variation with the land lord. Sally expertise and guidance in the area were critical in getting us to the finish line. I can not speak highly enough of the service she provided to us and the effort in navigating some challenging stakeholders. Including the buyers solicitor who had to practically be coached through the entire process. A massive thank you from Gemma and I for helping us get our flat sold.

Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!
