We needed to renew our mortgage and time was very much a factor before extra charges were applied. Emma Cox was the first point of contact who was very professional and thorough but most of all personable and put us through to the right people in the company and got us ready for the documentation we would need to put forward. The next contact was Maggie who, again, was very professional, kind and very quick acting (which is what we needed). She prepared everything and got us ready and before we knew it the application was put forward and the mortgage was arranged in a matter of weeks and we managed to avoid any unnecessary fines/charges. I would definitely recommend both Emma and Maggie's services and if they are anything to go by regarding the rest of the company, then you will be in good hands in letting these guys take the reigns for you. Thanks again to both of you for helping us when we really needed it :)

Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!
