The process of selling our previous home and buying our new one was far from straightforward. Barcan+Kirby provided a reassuringly professional and reliable service throughout. It took us a while to get used to the fact that the representatives of the firm who assisted us were each in the office for a limited number of working days each week, but there was a smooth process of referral from one representative to another if the person we had contacted was not in the office.

Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!

We have very recently completed the sale of our late mother’s bungalow via CJ Hole - Kingswood Branch, Barcan+Kirby were amongst a list of recommended Solicitors to consider using received from CJ Hole. We are very happy with the service Barcan and Kirby provided. We were selling a flat that we have owned for a number of years and knew it would take some time due to having to navigate the changes in ground rent. As part of the sale we needed negotiate a deed of variation with the land lord. Sally expertise and guidance in the area were critical in getting us to the finish line. I can not speak highly enough of the service she provided to us and the effort in navigating some challenging stakeholders.
