This review has taken much time to consider due to the profound effect Charlotte Wait has had on my life. Charlotte is an exceptional solicitor. Family law processes begin by divulging the most intimate, private and painful experiences you've ever faced, to a complete stranger. Charlotte was my stranger. The evolution from stranger to solid rock, will forever astound me. Charlotte gave me hope when I felt h.opeless, power when I felt powerless and validation that provided me with the fuel I needed to keep moving forward for justice. Charlotte believed in me, particularly at the times, when I couldn't. Despite my emotive review, Charlotte has incredible professionalism, honesty, clarity, excellent family law expertise and all the extensive legal knowledge required, needed and wanted. Charlotte kept me informed and ensured I had full knowledge and understanding of every legal stage and process. Charlotte possesses the kind of demeanour that every client needs. Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!

We have very recently completed the sale of our late mother’s bungalow via CJ Hole - Kingswood Branch, Barcan+Kirby were amongst a list of recommended Solicitors to consider using received from CJ Hole. The whole process from our first meeting with representatives from both the Kingswood and Bedminster branch right through to final completion, we found the process to be completely stress free. My family member and I had a 45 minute consultation with Natalie, and I genuinely cannot praise her highly enough. She was incredibly professional, knowleldgeable and reassuring, while also being very human and compassionate. Natalie took the time to probperly understand what my family menber was going through rather than simply treating it as another case. She gave us incredible advice, reassurance and, most importantly, honesty about the situation. That combination of professionalism, empathy and straight talking was exactly what we needed. Natalie also had a trainee with her during the consultation. The best advice I could give that trainee is to soak up every bit of knowledge and every skill set Natalie has, because she was phenomenal. Watching the way she communicated, listened, explained things and supported my family member was genuinely impressive. It was clear that she has a wealth of experience and knows exactly how to handle difficult situations with both professionalism and compassion. From our experience, if you are looking for the best employment firm to have in your corner, these are the people I would recommend. And after meeting Natalie, I can confidently say she is the person I would go to for that support. She made what was already a difficult situation feel much more manageable. Absolutely outstanding service from Natalie and the team. Highly recommended.
