Lianne recently handled a sale and purchase for us. We had non stop issues with our buyers solicitors and various other issues with the property we were purchasing. Lianne was excellent throughout the entire process. Always keeping us up to date with progress and any questions we had were answered very quickly. Constantly chasing for us to make sure that we could get exchanged and completed on a short time frame. Truly excellent support. I was told that I would be supported to sell my property as quickly as possible. This was true to their word. Fantastic!

I couldn’t recommend Bradley highly enough. I’ll admit, when I first found out how young he was, I was a bit sceptical, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. He was incredibly knowledgeable and always knew exactly what he was talking about. I’ve dealt with a few solicitors over the years, and bradley was the first one who didn’t bury me in legal apeak just to sound clever. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I always felt like he really listened to what I wanted and took the time to understand what was important to me. Calm under pressure, persuasive and clearly passionate about what he does. Cornwalls very own Harvey Specter! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a family solicitor.
