    We received prompt, helpful and reassuring service when dealing with the potential purchase of property using the modern auction process. The report was produced quickly, was well presented, and gave us all the information we needed to consider our options about whether the purchase was the right choice for us.       Buying a house invariably a stressful experience and the one professional in the buyer's corner is your solicitor. Tracy was in my corner!! Tracy was through, responded immediately to all my emails/phone calls, gave clear professional advice, polite, supportive and kind. I have bought several homes and Tracys reports were the most comprehensive and detailed.
