    My wife + I were met at reception, who were well prepared for our visit. We were shown into a comfortable private room. Our legal adviser arrived (Julie) immediately. She was pleasant, making it easy for us to relax + start to bond with her. She very clearly explained the legal complexities, especially the LPA process. Her expertise + knowledge were impressive and her patient guidance made the process + outcome successful.
