    Seeking advice reference an order for sale of investment properties.

    Michelle Hayter was instructed regarding seeking an order for sale of two investment properties where the co owner had refused to provide agreement for the sales process to go ahead . A detailed and laser focused letter before action resulted in the co owner agreeing to the sale of both properties, thus avoiding litigation. The whole process with Michelle was smooth and efficient with excellent communication throughout with clear and practical legal advice on resolving the issues without resort to formal court action.

    We would just like to say thank you to Charlotte and Edward for the work they did with our house move, sale and purchase.       I have used Frettens before to handle Probate and a house sale / purchase. I have always found them good. This time I decided to use them to buy a Freehold on a London based property while I was living abroad.
