I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by the solicitor. The communication was at a very low level, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I expected more professionalism and support.
Paid a premium for TR and got zero service. Weeks of chasing with no replies, solicitor on holiday with no cover, constant excuses about “systems down.” Property sale dragged, enquiry still outstanding abe not chased properly. Finally decided to cut my loses and switched to a cheaper firm who at least reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID

All are good..except at times I ignores email..I was nt sure who is my legal solicitors,also somr document was pending from my side I wasnt aware.But if you can communicate to and fro by emails and messages..must be easier for a common man.Or else all services are excellent,even if I delayed submitting docs..this facility sorted out everything perfectly🥰🥰
