Recommended by estate agent. Took them 5 months to send me a copy of the lease. Wasted money on a surveyor after being recommended by conveyancer at TR. I can see the other peoples experiences are similar to mine. Adding additional costs. Lack of communication. Their in house complaints procedure just did not address my timeline. I noted issues with plan of flat, I noted issues with service charges, increase in ground rent noted by me. No immediate guidance, and noted their lack of advice. I would not recommend TR.

We’ve work with Callum for coming up 5/6 years, both on a personal and work relationship and the services we’ve received has been nothing but outstanding!! He’s a really friendly outgoing person and I can’t recommend him enough!

My wife and I didn’t know Annie Richies until a solicitor near me recommended her. I didn’t know what to expect at first, but as time went on it was clear that Annie Riches was an excellent choice, she had amazing communication, brilliant service, and handled matters in a way that left me stress free. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to use Annie Riches for her services. Thanks again to Annie Riches.

I would highly recommend Leah Newson at Taylor Rose. Leah has been extremely helpful, professional and friendly throughout. She has always taken the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed and made the whole process much easier to deal with. Nothing has been too much trouble, and whenever I’ve had a question Leah has been approachable and helpful. It’s been a pleasure dealing with her and I really appreciate all the help and support she has given me. Excellent service from Leah Newson and a real credit to Taylor Rose. Thank you again, Leah. Easy to deal with and answered all questions in a timely manner. Portal was easy to use too. Thanks to Leah Newson who helped me through the process!

I instructed Taylor Rose as recommended by Foxtons for the sale of a property. Aliyah and Sara were very helpful, on hand to clarify any questions and generally made it a very smooth process even despite some hurdles which caused significant delays. Would recommend and use again.
