    A solicitor that works hard for the client.

    I recently dealt with this company and my solicitor was Charles Ling. I had a somewhat urgent need for a quick completion as I was living in temporary accommodation. I wasn’t expecting a great deal from Anita solicitor as to trying to hurry things through for me, but Charles was exceptional in this respect. He was easily contactable and always took my calls. And he worked hard chasing things up and quickly responding to enquiries from the Other party. I was extremely impressed with the service I received when in financial terms I was only a small client.     We had Osborne law for over 2 years. Devorah Ormonde worked for us a much shorter time and charged us over double with no results. Ms. Ormonde completely alienated a highly qualified witness with no plan or empathy with her questioning. All solicitors know the law and process is the same. The aim of this firm is to extract money. Her judgement is poor and steps she suggested incurred costs with no hope of resolution in hindsight. Avoid . There are much better firms around.

    Daniel Martinez oversaw my proceedings over the course of 3 year period (covering divorce and Child Act Proceedings). Long story short, 3 years on, the Order has increased to where I now share 50/50 shared care of my daughter and limitations preventing further proceedings for the foreseeable future. It's an outcome I would think is wholly fair, even if unlikely and a testament to the knowledge, skill & experience that the family department bring to these matters. Daniel's advice has been sound and grounded, with a focus on the child throughout that places him firmly in the realm of more than just a solicitor, but a sage voice and a provider of counsellor-like wisdom that is welcomed. I genuinely feel I am a better father as a result. I cannot recommend Ronald Fletcher Baker highly enough. To Daniel, Richard and Bik - keep up the amazing work in supporting families through what can be a very challenging time.

      Outstanding first class service

      Due to my original solicitor being away from work unexpectedly, Thomas picked up my house purchase case 1 week before my mortgage offer was set to expire. Certain to say this made me tremendously nervous, given the very tight timeframe and how complex my case was (undervalue family sale). However I was absolutely blown away at Thomas’ ability to bring himself up to speed within a day or so for a case that was ongoing for the best part of 6 months. He took full control of the situation and managed to deal with the vast number of complexities thrown at us by our mortgage lender at the very last minute, as well as managing communication with our broker and the sellers solicitor. He pushed for a completion date and made sure the sellers solicitor adhered to this date also as there was a chance they could have delayed matters further. Thomas managed to get us over the line within 6 days of taking on our case by working relentlessly, and whilst keeping me updated every step of the way. I could not recommend Thomas enough. His professionalism, efficiency and communication (along with the rest of his team) had left me so very impressed. I will forever be grateful to Thomas for his tremendous work, and whosoever is represented by him will count themselves lucky!

      Very poor experience with this firm as a whole. There were repeated mistakes, including accounting and calculation errors, delays, and serious communication issues. The overall handling of my case caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Be aware of unexpected or unclear costs.
