Working with Bethany on my house purchase was an absolute standout experience. She was everything you hope for in a solicitor and more; professional, efficient, accurate, and consistently one step ahead. I trusted her implicitly throughout the entire process. She made something that can often feel stressful remarkably simple. What really set her apart was how proactive she was. I never had to chase; she anticipated every step, communicated clearly, and handled every detail with total confidence. It’s rare to feel genuinely reassured at every stage of a property transaction, but that’s exactly what she delivered. I can’t recommend her highly enough. In fact, paying the bill was a pleasure; and when does anyone ever say that. She was worth every penny.

Due to my original solicitor being away from work unexpectedly, Thomas picked up my house purchase case 1 week before my mortgage offer was set to expire. Certain to say this made me tremendously nervous, given the very tight timeframe and how complex my case was (undervalue family sale). However I was absolutely blown away at Thomas’ ability to bring himself up to speed within a day or so for a case that was ongoing for the best part of 6 months. He took full control of the situation and managed to deal with the vast number of complexities thrown at us by our mortgage lender at the very last minute, as well as managing communication with our broker and the sellers solicitor. He pushed for a completion date and made sure the sellers solicitor adhered to this date also as there was a chance they could have delayed matters further. Thomas managed to get us over the line within 6 days of taking on our case by working relentlessly, and whilst keeping me updated every step of the way. I could not recommend Thomas enough. His professionalism, efficiency and communication (along with the rest of his team) had left me so very impressed. I will forever be grateful to Thomas for his tremendous work, and whosoever is represented by him will count themselves lucky!

Incredibly straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. I was very disappointed with the service I received from RFB Legal Solicitors. In particular, my case was handled by Mrs Yasam Assad, whose approach I found to be rude and unprofessional. I also felt that my relatively straightforward case was not managed competently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

Very poor experience with this firm as a whole. There were repeated mistakes, including accounting and calculation errors, delays, and serious communication issues. The overall handling of my case caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Be aware of unexpected or unclear costs.

Needed some statutory declarations witnessed at very short notice. Tried multiple firms in the area. RFB delivered and it made the difference with completing on 4 leases in this financial year, huge impact for the NHS. Their service made that possible. Very grateful. professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The compassion and commitment from these solicitors cannot be understated. They were so responsive amd took the time to help us understand the complex process through some really considerable hurdles. Especially Saranya and Melody, cannot thank them enough for their hard work and care.
