    Mark Toland and Suzanne Nasery were both Outstanding. Re-mortgaging two Commercial HMO properties with Castle Trust but able to turn it around from instruction to completion in only 2 weeks was Unbelievable. Direct and fluid conversation and communication puts Mark and Suzanne above the rest. Our experience was fantastic and will spur us on to re-invest and re-mortgage further. If your are re-mortgaging HMO and Commercial and drawing down on equity Mark and Suzanne will deliver where we have had numerous experiences in the past where panel Solicitors are woeful and will not get into dialogue and just keyboard warriors which in Business really does not assure you as an Investor and then feel just a number. RFB and Mark and Suzanne smashed it where other fail.

I found them to be thorough, efficient, clear and responsive from start to finish - despite having to deal with some of my offers falling through for various reasons.
