    I am overall really happy with the work undertaken during my recent house purchase. The team was professional and the legal side of the transaction was handled smoothly. My only slight frustration was the extensive evidence required for proof of funds; while I understand this is necessary for anti-money laundering regulations, it would have been helpful to know the full extent of the documentation needed upfront to avoid delays. That being said, I would still recommend their services for their expertise and quality of work.
