I contacted Churchers Solicitors in Cowes to complete & submit LPA’s for our elderly mother. Margaret Beacham did this for us during two home visits, which was essential due to limited mobility issues, which would have made travelling to the office very difficult. The whole process was completed soon after the home visits, & we were very pleased with the work that Margaret did for us. Therefore, we would highly recommend Churchers Solicitors.

Our experience with Churchers in Fareham, specifically Alanna White, has been nothing short of exceptional. We went to Alanna with so many questions around Powers of Attorney, will writing, elderly care, care home funding (the list could go on). Alanna reassured us in absolutely everything we were uncertain about. We'd been worried about so many aspects, but every question was resolved with kindness and respect. We had previously had a poor experience at another solicitors in Portsmouth when trying to obtain a Court of Protection order for my father. This had been extremely upsetting. Alanna White quickly established what had gone wrong and started the process to resolve our issues. She guided us through this extremely stressful time with a very human, caring and calm approach. Jade Poulton did an excellent job and was proactive in chasing landlords for LPE1 information- the buyers solicitors who were slow and made mistakes probably as buyer was not entirely honest. Thanks for all your efforts to get over the line

I met With Stephen Cannell to discuss a settlement agreement. It was a very short timer frame so he managed to fit me in right away. I found Stephen very knowledgeable & reassuring. He maneged to explain everything clearly & fully. Nothing was too much trouble. I cam away from our meeting feeling confident I could make the right decision based on the information he provided. He was also very understanding polite & courtious. Higly recommended.
