Whilst they did a great job on the purchase the post completion team are undertrained and have little to no supervision. This resulted in significant errors being made post completion.

This is the 3rd time I have had the pleasure to use Herrington Carmichael and all of the occasions they have been nothing short of amazing. I had the pleasure to be dealing with Gaby Delaney who was just incredible and in what was a very difficult sale (with a massive problem two days before completion) she handled everything with absolute professionalism and calm....as well as keeping me calm! Caroline and Toby have been a delight to work with. It has been a stress-free transaction handled efficiently in a long chain for our house buy. It is more commendable that we being the middle of the chain , were put at absolute ease from day one. The clarity of the process , communication and actions upwards and downwards of the chain with regular feedback and follow-ups has been precise and timebound . Really appreciate the professional service all the way and would recommend them in full faith, happily.
Pam at Herrington Carmichael was great for our purchase and sale. Any issues that arose were dealt with efficiently and we completed faster than expected.
I usually dread having to deal with the legal side of buying and selling property but dealing with Sam and Mary-Jane was a really positive and fresh experience. What was particularly valuable to me, was how responsive the team whole team were. Emails were always answered, unusually within the hour and calls returned on the same day. We also met all the deadlines set, which was the Cherry on the top! They were busy but never made me feel like they were too busy to talk! I’ve recommended them several times since our transactions and will continue to do so. Great company to work with.
