I was a co-executor of my parents Will dealing with the Private Wealth & Inheritance department. As a former Chartered Surveyor used to dealing with Solicitors, I found virtually all staff arrogant and contemptuous with overly intense fee charging plus the service provided was extremely poor, this firm should come with a Serious Health Warning. I would award zero stars if this were possible. None of the standard descriptions of this firm apply.

The process of redrafting and reconfiguring our wills has been undertaken by Herrington Carmichael. Included in this task has been estate planning and discretionary trust preparation to position our wills as fit for purpose. We are happy with the outcome and commend the solicitor who conducted the review for his knowledge and professionalism.

Following the passing of my mother, we engaged Herrington Carmichael to support us through the emotionally difficult process of both probate and distribution of funds from the sale of her assets. If you've been through this, you'll know how emotionally challenging and time consuming it can be. Throughout the year long process we engaged with numerous members of the team, but one stands out for his support. We found Piers Galton-Becque to be excellent in his communication, showing empathy, understanding and is clearly a competent and valuable asset to Herrington Carmichael. I don't normally provide reviews, but on this occasion it felt wholly appropriate.

Harriet Greener sorted out my Inheritance Provision family Dependants Act 1975. She helped me & my brother 100% to 🏆 Win. In Chess the best defense is attack if she was a Chess player she would be World class? She is a credit to Herrington Carmichael if you need a Dispute Solicitor get her.

Brilliant. So helpful. A neighbour has died aged 78. Her husband is a mess and a few of us neighbours have been trying to help him sort stuff out.
