    During my third day of self employment I was bitten by a dog which became infected and needed an operation.     From start to finish entirely professional good advice and everything explained clearly.Listened to my comments and concerns and advised clearly on every matter, everything was done to a high professional standard. Everything went well it was only the other side that caused hold ups as expected but was kept informed of everything as it happened. Whenever I had to visit the office I was always warmly welcomed and offered a drink on arrival. More than happy with the way my case was handled bit disappointed with the outcome but this was down to a medical professionals opinion and no reflection on the work that was done by those involved in my case from the start, so a big thankyou to Andy,Dan,Danielle and anyone else that had worked on my case the end result was a win and the admission of guilt from the other side put a smile on my face as well as them having to pick up the bill lol and this was all down to the hard work of all those involved so again a big thankyou.       I had cause to use WG services in respect of estate and inheritance matters and, connected to that, their conveyancing department.       We have recently used Warner Goodman for the renewal of our commercial lease for VODEX Ltd, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Charlotte Payne handled the matter for us, assisted by Eloise Smith, and the service we received throughout was excellent. Charlotte was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every aspect of the lease to us in clear, straightforward language. She highlighted areas that we may not otherwise have considered, explained the potential implications for our business and made sure that our interests were properly protected before we committed to the new lease. There were a number of points to work through during the process, but we always felt that Charlotte was firmly looking after our interests rather than simply trying to get the transaction completed. Communication from both Charlotte and Eloise was excellent, and we always knew where matters stood. As business owners, having professional advisers around you whom you can trust is incredibly important, and we certainly felt that we were in very safe hands with Charlotte and the team at Warner Goodman. A huge thank you to Charlotte and Eloise for all their hard work in getting our lease successfully completed.
