Your firm, through their utmost dedication and support helped facilitate results that brought me and my family great joy. Very selfless professionals that fill their clients with confidence. They need to go through whatever process as I experienced. I was well informed on any process that was being undertaken and above all the humane touch that they have goes a long way. Excellent down to earth, friendly and professional approach from both Claire and Nicola. Very early got sense of a desire to get things done with a minimum of needless fuss but to do the job.

Have just completed a sale and purchase using Xhesika and Amanda at Amphlett Lissimore, West Wickham and have been very happy with their services, and to recommend them to others. Everything dealt with promptly and efficiently. What more can you ask for.
Claire, Jasmine and the team were very responsive and helped make the process seamless for purchase of our new home. All went smoothly and they also took the time to explain further any items of the reports where we had queries on. At time we perhaps had what felt like a bit of time between email updates, by I don't think this is anything out of the ordinary or unexpected for this kind of transaction. We exchanged pretty efficiently after which Claire was able to secure a completion date for us that aligned better with our schedule in terms or moving in logistics, which was very helpful. Would use Amphlett Lissimore again in the future if we needed.
Shauna was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough in all communications regarding probate. She handled our case with care and understanding, whilst being very efficient during the whole process. From our first meeting, I knew we were in very capable hands, she was a pleasure to deal with. My Wife and I sold and bought a house this year, using Amphlett Lissimore. Nicola who oversaw our case was absolutely brilliant, communicated clearly and easily and handled any problems quickly. Whenever we emailed / called in with problems or queries the responses were always detailed and clear helping us quickly reach a resolution.
