I needed legal representation to dispute an excessive legal bill I had received from another firm of solicitors, and within just an hour of the referral, Neil Smallwood called me directly. They successfully challenged the bill, securing a reduction of over £4,500 — a result far better than I expected. The entire process was straightforward and stress-free. Awful. Avoid. They call you 5 times a day when they want money then nothing happens. Worst customer service ever

Our Solicitor Sophie Chilstone was excellent. Sophie sent reply quickly not only that if we don't response within 24 hours she asked someone in the office to ring us and contact us and confirm whether we received documents or not?
