Our family has endured unimaginable trauma following the stillbirth of my granddaughter, baby Vienna. This was my daughter’s first baby, a moment in her life that should have been filled with joy, excitement, and dreams for the future. Instead, all of that hope was shattered in an instant, leaving my daughter and our entire family with a grief so deep that it has changed our lives forever. The trauma my daughter has carried since losing her baby has been overwhelming. She has had to face day after day of heartbreak, confusion, and emotional pain that no mother should ever have to experience. Watching her try to rebuild her life while grieving her first child has been devastating. As her mum, you want nothing more than to take that unbearable pain away and lift it from her shoulders, but you simply cannot. All you can do is stand beside her, even when your own heart is breaking. Throughout this incredibly difficult journey, I cannot express enough gratitude to Danielle. Danielle didn’t just support us legally; she supported us emotionally too. She understood the depth of my daughter’s grief and treated her with compassion, patience, kindness, and genuine humanity. At a time when my daughter was at her most vulnerable, Danielle made her feel seen, heard, understood, and protected. She also helped me find the strength to continue supporting and encouraging my daughter through some of the darkest moments of our lives. Danielle took great care in coordinating and arranging all of the professional parties involved in the case, ensuring that everything was handled sensitively, efficiently, and with the utmost consideration for my daughter’s wellbeing. Her organisation, communication, and guidance helped minimise any further emotional impact on my daughter and allowed her to focus on healing, knowing that the legal process was being managed with care and professionalism. Danielle stood beside us through some of the most painful years of our lives, providing comfort, determination and reassurance, when we needed it most. She is an exceptional solicitor and, more importantly, a truly remarkable human being. Her compassion and dedication made a profound difference to my daughter and to our entire family during a time when we felt completely overwhelmed. We will never forget the care, understanding, and support Danielle showed us. We will always be deeply grateful for everything she did for my daughter, for baby Vienna, and for our family. I have been working with Nelsons for around 8 weeks and I have been very happy with the services provided, the communication and transparency through the whole process has made it all stress free, thanks to Dhamini Patel and Aleksandra Ścibor. Aleksandra was amazing and has been very helpful with her being able to explain things to us in Polish. Dhamini made sure the whole process was very speedy and prompt and I appreciate that.
