In general it was good experience. The app is a good way to stay connected but sometimes felt like I was talking to a bot rather than a person. This was sometimes an issue when trying to get updates or clarification on certain items. Both Olivia and chris where courteous and polite. I am still undecided whether I would use the service again next time or go back to my previous solicitor.

Generally speaking great service, friendly people. Good value. The only thing I'm not sure on is there was clearly some communications issues between sides but don't know who's side that was. All round happy to use again!

We need faster responses to messages, a more useful call centre, and an ability to confirm and details verbally, without having to call the specific solicitor. Also, messages and calls often went days unread

Brilliant company to use, communication is second to non, you are able to download there app when you have signed up, gives you full breakdown of your bill and a messaging service to get intouch, so no need to call and wait for the people to call you back. Also all legal documents are all digital so you have full access to read through will no rushing, and fhe staff are on hand to contact with any questions you need answering. We can’t thank Bell Lamb and Johnson enough they helped us buy our first home .

Chris was great as our solicitor as first-time buyers. He/ his team would always respond within a few hours, answering all questions, and the whole process (instructing -> keys) only took 11 weeks! I would definitely recommend and the process went smoothly

Excellent service from start to finish l, all staff from solicitors and correspondence was fantastic service
We appointed BLJ (Maghull Branch), to carry out the conveyancing on a recent purchase. The service we received from inception to completion was first class. We would like to thank in particular Rachael Webster and Natasha Shaw, for all of their hard work and pro-active approach, to ensure that we 'got over the line' with the purchase. They were professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Both Rachael and Natasha kept us informed at every stage and were totally focused to ensure inquiries/queries were dealt with as a matter of urgency. We have used BLJ on a number of occasions and would not hesitate in using them again in the future, or recommending family and friends. Rachael and Natasha are a true asset to BLJ and were superb. We are particularly impressed with their on-line progress tracking service. Thank you
