    Definitely recommend Tyla, very thorough and was always available to answer any questions, also would come to Guildford to meet us which made it so much easier as my brother in law is 100 percent deaf, so communication isn’t the easiest, we had originally employed another solicitor who wanted to do everything on line and this is not easy for lots of people, Tyla would definitely be my first choice with future legal problems, Emma

      Most stressful experience

      I have used Morr & Co before and the same conveyancing executive but I was horrified by how things have changed since the last occasion. Individuals were friendly and tried to be helpful but there are systemic problems which caused huge stress. In essence, there was a lot more onus placed on the client to upload things via an app - only for these items to be ignored by the company. Vast numbers of emails were flying around with all and sundry copied in and yet across there seemed to be very little real communication. This in fairness seems to have been the same with all the law firms involved. It was the estate agents who did a vast amount to keep things on track with phone calls and a much more personal approach. I feel there are systemic issues here, rather than an individual being incompetent, but I still could not recommend the team

      I used Chris for the conveyancing regarding the sale of my parent's house and was very impressed by the service i received. Chris responded immediately to queries and took the trouble to actually call to keep me updated and informed throughout - giving clear,  helpful explanations which were easy to understand - a refreshing change from any of my previous experiences.  At the same time he remained extremely professional and his in depth knowledge and expertise were clearly apparent throughout.  I am certain that his speedy and efficient handling of the sale greatly helped towards achieving completion and I would happily use his services again.

      I had a recent engagement with their employment law team which was initially a really good experience, Really responsive and friendly. We completed a fairly straightforward transaction, but with a small element of misunderstanding around fees afterwards.
